I’m Raymond Asogwa, a product designer and technologist with a passion for creating innovative, tech-driven solutions that seamlessly integrate design and technology. I lead cross-functional teams, collaborate across disciplines, and conduct deep research—both technical and user-centered—to inform my work.

With strong visual design skills, I’m committed to building products that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also intuitive and functional, always striving to solve real-world problems with elegance and purpose.     For the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of leading diverse teams across both non-profit and startup environments. Currently, I’m leading the strategic and design efforts at Nvoye with a global team. 

    I believe in and practice servant leadership, which I see as the hallmark of true leadership. My goal is to help my team grow into better versions of themselves while continually learning and improving alongside them.
